Anesh trains management teams and  speaks professionally on “How to build a Winning Culture of Teamwork and Empowerment”.

He is the author of “How to become your best self” and “Winning Made Easy”. He has won the award as “Best Speaker” from Toastmasters 27 times.

He has trained clients like The Maktoum Foundation, Etisalat, Nokia-Siemens, The Executive Council of Dubai and many others on how leaders can motivate their people to improve productivity and produce better results.

He has spoken at Conferences like the Oil and Gas Conference, Rotary Club, Trade Center Club, International Business Women’s Group and many other Seminars on Goal Setting and How to Improve Personal Productivity.

A BIT MORE ABOUT ANESH JAGTIANI

Anesh was in the the banking industry for 15 years. As a Private Banker with ABN AMRO and Deutsche bank, he managed wealth of High Net Worth Investors in Kuwait and Dubai.

He decided to make a switch from banking to Professional Speaking and Training as he’s very passionate about Empowering Organisations and People to Perform at their Full Potential.

Anesh is a perpetual student of  life long learning.  He is a big fan of Tony Robbins.  He first attended Tony’s seminar called Unleash the Power Within in London.  And then graduated from Tony’s Mastery University by attending his 3 well known seminars – Date With Destiny seminar in Australia, Life and Wealth Mastery in Fiji.

To learn more about the Professional Speaking Industry, he has also attended the National Speakers Association meeting in New York.

His core belief in life is that “there are no shortcuts to success.” The only way to move ahead in life is to have a strong “Why” for your goals and actions. And then follow that up with disciplined activity.

Anesh was born and brought up in Kuwait.  He’s studied in Cyprus and USA.  He’s living in Dubai since 1994.
